RE: RE: Time to Take an Honest Inventory Buynow, I'm glad you brought that up; it's a valid point, to a degree.
I have written personally -- via the Stockhouse private messaging system -- to a couple of what I'll call "megaposters" saying that I did not see much point to the back and forth name calling here; but these folks are adults and have their money on the line and they will do what they think is best. For some reason, there are writers on both sides who seem to get a kick out of this type of thing. Some of the posts here, however, are enlightening. Many AMK shareholders are unhappy with their own management, having invested money with them in good faith, only to find a mess --after a potential bonanza find. I tried to present my case in a reasonable manner with due deference to AMK investors who put their trust in this management team.
I've rarely posted here, but once in a blue moon I do, as have you on the TUO board. But don't forget, the two companies are intertwined and are on the same project until the courts rule otherwise so your business is our business and vice versa, at least regarding TC.
I appreciate the fact that you recognize the value of TC. It is getting repetitive. Believe it or not, I do not like to see people fooled by what I think is poor management, and if people decide to sell AMK and buy TUO, it's not going to change my life but it was heartening to get a letter from one gentleman who thanked me for a post urging a switch to TUO from AMK back in 2008 or 2009 when your shares were selling for 2 1/2 times our SP. He paid attention to my reasons and is prospering. Since he thanked me personally on a bullboard, I can tell you the gentleman is "Lirpa."
We shareholders cannot change management but we can "vote with our feet," and that is what I think AMK shareholders should at least consider. I agree with you: The name calling should stop; but it's something that happens on both sides.
Lastly, I must point out that from at least my point of view, there is "legitimate" anger over what has happened; the project has come to a screeching halt which has hurt both companies. Hence the anger by both groups of shareholders who, for the most part, are innocent pawns in a larger story. A settlement would have been great but I think the opportunity for that may now be gone as Teuton has probably enough information to move forward.
As far as your own decision to stick with AMK, that's fine with me. I've spoken my piece and made my case for Teuton for years and only started raising questions about AMK when they failed to drill TC in 2009.
