The Chairman has resigned because he is up to his ears in hot water in his position as CEO of Baja Mining. That company is in a complete shambles. I found Baja through this contact-and now both companies have their issues. YNG looks to be on the upswing-Baja still in the swamp with the outcome in doubt.

Take a look over there.
