I am not sure what kind of rates others in the industry would get in a similar position, so my understanding is limited. But $2.4mil in interest every year will add up quick! Not to mention a 1% royalty, which could end up making the actual rate of interest on this 20mil note a fair bit more. Especially if net profits are substantitive

p.s. Shore Gold's financing that was just referenced, we can't say for certain because of the secrecy of management But in my opinion that which just fell thru, was a lot more than just a 20mil note! More of another Joint Venture. After being involved with SWY and SGF, I no longer will invest in diamonds, that's for sure! But I am still hopeful with these two, Swy more so....
