Shareholder Validates Company’s Worth & Rising Val

Shareholder Validates Company’s Worth & Rising Val

2012-04-27 07:03 ET - News Release

A statement of claim has been filed against VMS Ventures Inc. in Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench by W. Bruce Dunlop Ltd. (NPL), .....

The way it looks is that Dunlop has seen the increased value of the Reed project to a milled value of $2,157,376,000 occur over the years, and now sees the project move forward to production....

Appears he has lost out with a bigger $ opportunity since signing in 2008, and taking the 3 M shares and $375,000 cash.

So he's validating the fact it's worth alot more than what he recieved in 2008 with his little lawsuit.( I doubt he'll win)

Also from looking at the PEA and what Dunlop is seeking ( an NSR).  That NSR would amount to a fraction of the Pretax cash flow $102,426,000....... maybe $5-6M at best if he was to win. (4-5%)

In turn he's vaildating the fact there Reed is worth alot and possibly alot more in the future.
