With 'Windows 8' due to be released in 6 months time and with its touch screen capabilities and mission to span the globe, I believe Ortsbo would be much more valuabe to Microsoft than it would to Facebook.   With a Fall release 'of Windows 8' could it be possible that Ortsbo IPO on the NYSE in October/November, with Microsoft initiating a strategic position in Ortsbo? The above scenario doesn't seem the least bit unrealistic to me...
