That is my point also.  Dividend payed is money out of Mart, buy back is money in.  I sure would like both... the trick is doing it at a good deal only and giving a dividend on the money Mart doesn't need and can't buy back on the cheap!

There shouldn't be a big deal out of the buy back as they can only do it for 10% of float per year...
