RE: RE: RE: Does Anyone Remember Lefmike, in theory management is meant to look out for the interests of the company's owners, i.e. the shareholders and the board of directors job is to ride herd on the management. In this case they both seem to be marching to their own tune or one dictated by AGA. When all alse fails the auditors and accountants are supposed to be on the lookout for red flags. We've been failed at every level and I agree with Mr. Betsky that taking a chance on bankruptcy can't be any worse than what we've already got. Sometimes I think I'm getting paranoid about this company but mostly I think it's based on fact. I remain a double NO.
