RE: RE: RE: Arbitration - Good or Bad? I guess the fact that FPX would take such a agressive move to obtain the reports and the data therein means they have a certain confidence that it will ve very good news or lead to good news.
I mean, if the news wasn't that good, you'd think they would want to 'hold' onto Cliffs as long as they could to either (1)convince them of the value (other properties, more driling at Decar, etc,), (2)buy time to look for other Partners or (3)raise money at cheaper costs (as a reult of still having Cliffs as a Partner).
The stock hasn't moved yet today. I am so confused.
