Why it's POSITIVE!!!!! - Board members returning imply their is nothing other than the financing and cost overun that they are worried about. It also strongly shows they believe in the project and the infighting has been mostly about people and not copper.
- The reappointment of these dissident directors would not have been agreed to unless a financing from MK was in the works. And in my opinion, once a financing is announced, the current stock price games that are occuring will quickly come to an end and it is only a matter of how large the GAP up will be. The current share price is already pricing in horrible financing conditions and any surprise to the upside could be a huge gain.
- Most importantly all this implies that the company will be producing copper soon enough and much of the worries have been overblown.
