BCSC default

If you want the truth, call the BCSC.

Following proceedure, the BCSC notified MSQ on 4/11/2012 that the company was in default of the requirement to file "technical reports for a mineral project required under National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101)".

The company, in the BCSC default notification sent to the company, was advised when this report must be filed. This timeline is a communication between the BCSC and the company, is not included on the BCSC's publicly accessible website, and the BCSC advises that shareholders must communicate directly with the company to find out when the default grace period expires.

Should the report not be filed by the grace-period expiry date, then a cease trade order is customarily issued.

Isn't this a material matter?
