Galahad: Regcourt Drilling Update

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 7, 2012) -Galahad Metals Inc. ("Galahad") (TSX VENTURE:GAX) is pleased to report that all five (5) drill holes of the 2012 campaign intersected numerous, narrow quartz-tourmaline veins (1-4 cm) and veinlets (<1 cm), with local disseminated sulphide mineralization. Both flat and steep quartz-vein orientations were encountered, and mineralized zones were noted discontinuously from 30 m to 300 metres down-hole.

However, Galahad has been notified that there will be a delay in reception of assay results from the 2012 Phase I diamond-drilling programme at its Regcourt Property, 30 km east of Val-d'Or, Quebec.

MRB & Associates (MRB) of Val-d'Or, QC, who are managing the operations of the Regcourt Project, were obliged to relocate their core logging/sampling facility during the latter part of April. Unfortunately the move could not be delayed until after the detailed sampling of the Regcourt drill-core was completed.

MRB's new core facilities are up and running, and the stream of Regcourt Project samples to ALS Chemex of Val-d'Or has recommenced.

The current exploration programme is being supervised by John Langton (P.Geo) of MRB, a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the Regcourt Project, who has approved the contents of this release.
