Exactly dubious. Holders of CMC might be kicking themseles today thinking they could have bought at 12c. As you rightly point out, the volume was miserable, so they could not have bought at 12c. I can assure you if it opens with a bid ask of 12c 13c with decent levels of shares available, it won't last long as I personally will add to my shareholding.
