Chinese are shrewd IMO, they buy

cheap. The DAY buyout was announced  early last  October, the Dow made it's final bottom on Oct 4.  The energy sector, both oil and gas has been hammered, especially nat gas stocks. The XOI is now at it's lowest since Dec. 20. Starting to think the same plan could be at work here. Once again pure spec on my part
