TERRIBLE market to negotiate financing!!!

TERRIBLE market to negotiate financing!!!

From my post  on 5/2/2012. 'Don't like these markets. DONT LIKE the ADP report and don't like the numbers coming out of EUROPE. I think Europle may be in alot more trouble than everyone is thinking. Then if the US and China slow down things could get really ugly. Taking some cash off the table everywhere just to be on the safe side. Just my opinion. Good luck to all.'

It really is unfortunate that BAJA must come to the market with such poor timing under so much pressure due to their cash burn and inability to see this coming sooner. Unfortunately everything seems to be lining up for the benefit of the issuers of the new debt to get excellent terms, likely to the great detriment of current shareholders. It seems simply by stalling and moving slowly MK and other investors could put the SCREWS to BAJA forcing them to take almost any terms. You can bet that MK now wants to cost average down on their initial investment as the best way to maximize their own profits and reduce losses. A .40 cent share issuance and rollback would decimate current shareholders. Hopefully this would not be the case. All just my opinion, good luck to all.
