Its equipment includes leak detectors, autoclaves, centrifuges, and boards. Testing segment provides comprehensive electrical, environmental, and burn-in testing services to semiconductor manufacturers in its testing laboratories in Asia. Distribution segment distributes complementary products made by manufacturers around the world. The products include environmental chambers, mechanical shock and vibration testers, and other semiconductor equipment. Real Estate segment generates rental income and investment income from real estate investments made in Chongqing, China.

FRN Shares

They are going to distribute FRN shares to shareholders of Record as of May 11 - Looks like an approximite value of 0.1 share per TRT share - So basically 1 FRN for every 10 shares held. Value at about 2 cents per share - I'd expect this to trade 2 cents lower after the record date (tomorrow?).

Any comments?
