Last Comment on Summary Trials

I'll be brief.

Even if Teuton somehow has agreed to a summary trial, I still believe they are the more likely winner.

Either way, Teuton's shareholders will know where we stand going forward. It is possible that Teuton -- from a tactical point of view -- might have chosen not to resist having a summary trial. I simply am not privy to what is on the court calendar and there have been no Teuton news releases on the subject, to be fair.

Again, let the chips fall where they may.
