.40c not .70c+

So why is the stock at $.40c instead of .70c+ where it belongs?  If there is some logical reason then let's hear it.

Your comment suggests you clearly think your smarter so what are your thoughts?  In business your always watching for people who either defend or protect too much. It always hides something . So my natural inclination is to ask what is being hidden here?
