Small wonder the SP is tanking.  You can't just slap something about "regular" quarterly dividends on your site and then let a skittish market twist in the wind wondering when the next one might be.  According to the last announcement on Jan 19, the Q1 div should have been announced April 19 and be going ex-div today for a May 23 payment.  Total incompetence that's costing everyone who believes in this company.  Dividends are not something you pay "whenever"..., esp the "regular ones" lol

"The Board of Directors has declared a
.06 regular quarterly dividend payable February 23, 2012 to shareholders of record February 9, 2012."
