I agree, it is likely but not certain that BAJA will receive the funds in time to prevent delay or project suspension, (although causing delay may benefit greatly those providing the financing and therefore is still a distinct possibility). Before current market turmoil it seemed likely that the financing would be favorable and cause a Halt and Gap UP. However, now in current conditions, and looking at what just happend to Thompson Creek metals stock price after the financing they just completed, one can not be too sure. The market reception to the acceptance of a low ball equity financing may cause considerable downside pressure. With the way  BMO is buying at .37 cents, one can add a 6% brokers commission and get a .39 cent placement. Not sure this would be seen as positive especially in todays market and could gap up or down on news. Welcome to Baja, the new mexican casino. Just my opinion but Good luck to all!!!
