There is some validity to the rollback idea,,,,then list on or graduate to another Exchange in the US. An example is Points International, one of Futura's strategic partners.

 

Rollback 10:1 Feb 9th, 2011, while at the same time changing from OTC to NASDAQ,

 

We are pleased to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market," said CEO Rob MacLean. "Achieving a NASDAQ listing was a key strategic priority for Points International and is consistent with our objective to increase institutional visibility, improve trading liquidity and ultimately enhance shareholder value.

 

The thing here however was, Points was doing a rollback from a position of strength.
