RE: anyone looking for a lower share price!!!

RE: anyone looking for a lower share price!!!

That would be scary. At the moment, I don't think Futura will list in the US.  Maybe there is is a time and a reason for the company to do so, but not now.

As for the consolidation and the buyback of the processing division, both to be done before May 31st, I have no idea for the reason. These were the conditions attached with the $550,000 loan. Hopefully, in the coming weeks, light will be shed on these important events.

One poster on this forum said..."can they pull it off with the US expansion?". This statement still resonates with me. To pull it off, means Futura will have to form the necessary partnerships and have sufficient money backing the expansion. It can only be assumed that managment's signing of strategic agreements, (like the two done recently), were done with the understanding that they are confident money can be raised for the US expansion.

For some investors, there are concerns about the growing debt and maybe the pace of sign-ups. A few wanted the Futura Loyalty program dropped in favour of concentrating on re-selling 3rd party currencies. (I think it's ok the way it is, as it doesn't take up much time to adminster. And they are also in the business of designing custom programs, which provides the important "value-added" component when selling 3rd party currencies).

1/2 cent is not a happy time for most, except those who see a buying opportunity for the first time. I can feel the stress myself and think about it during the day. That's the way it is and it can happen with any stock.

"Often the difference between a successful person ( or company) and a failure is not that one has better abilities or ideas, but the courage that one has to bet on one's ideas, to take a calculated risk--and to act." Andre Malraux.
