The cycle continues

This dog could go as low as .10 again.  Management can then propose another 3 for 1 consolditation to raise the sp to .30 again to supposedly get more investor attention.  Alternatively they could dish out more cheap shares and warrants to new investors and therebye keep the cycle of looking after friends and insiders intact.  Common shareholders will likely again be sacrificed and some will have to cut their losses only to be replaced by new suckers.  I wonder whatever happened to the axiom that company management has a fidicuary duty to manage and protect the best interests of shareholders.  Does anyone ever follow that rule any more.
