A dividend would do wonders.Investors looking for yield.

I estimate BT will cash flow about $25 million this year. They need 10 million for cap ex.,allow 5 million for paying down debt,5 million towards a dividend of .34 cents paid quarterly,still leaves them 5 million of leeway.

The share buyback is a good idea providing liquidity.

They have not used it yet.

Obviously world economic turmoil is not on the minds of the biggest holders of this security other wise they would have approached a larger competitor and liquidated this investment at $6.25.

"You gotta know when to hold them and when to fold them"

Its just paper until its sold or pays a dividend.
