"We are awaiting a final sign off from our engineering teams. I can understand the frustration that the shareholders are feeling, as this was supposed to be released some time ago. The economic study is a work in progress and we are working to publish it ASAP, regardless of the Licence Agreement.

 

I will keep you posted with details as they become available to me.
