Don't know.  Guess for same reason ROI's press releases re stock options issued (shortly after Mr. Busseri's hiring), referred to a "consultant" getting stock options?  Maybe a problem with transparency? 

 

One concern is dilution reducing stakeholders' share value. 

Another concern - "consulting" fee being paid out when s/p keeps declining. 

Paradigm buy-back another concern, despite impact on dilution.

Yet, insider activity points to faith in future of the company. 

Will just have to watch it all play out
