I think the assumption is that Cormark (Sprott) - being long-time advocates of the case for precious metals, would be indicative of some of the more well-informed members of the institutional community when it comes to junior mining shares, so if they're buying it would be seen as positive and selling would be seen as negative.  In fact, I guess that might be the case, but I agree with you, they're running funds, they're going to get redemptions and those redemptions are going to force them to sell shares.  Of course, maybe the fact that they decided to sell VOLTA shares (as opposed to some other company) to meet the redemptions is negative, but it's easy to read too much into these things.  I think the fact that Volta's owned 55% by institutions, and that this percentage has in general been rising rather than falling, is more important than the actions of any individual broker (other than the fact that persistent selling by any institution prevents the price from rising).
