The VMC

The VMC

For some reason the market assumes that the VMC is a complete failure. Without it even being commissioned yet, it is being written off as a condemned condo complex.

It is assumed that it will produce nothing of value, whether it be  Econiche, in house vaccines or third party product. It is incredible to me that this, by all accounts an amazingly well put together facility, is perceived to be nothing more than a money losing POS. This isn't the fault of people here who do, and in some cases, don't know better.

This is flat on the face of management, who have been hiding behind the "lots going on behind the scenes" and " confidential discussions"  facade for years. The have cultivated an "EXPECTATION OF FAILURE" amongst their owners...the shareholders. I don't believe it is intentional but it is an absolute fact. Most people here, and owning the shares in general, would be happy to mothball the plant if it would eliminate the burn rate. Few believe it will amount to anything. To me that is the biggest frustration with owning BNC. I am confident the plant will be a solid net revenue generator, but almost no one wants to hear that...it is a pre determined failure, and an anchor we have to deal with to get a piece of Urocidin.

Nothing could be further from the truth, but perception is the absolute truth here, and the perception is "thank the almighty above that Endo controls the Urocidin platform" or that asset would be royally destroyed as well.

For management's sake I hope they do find some new shareholders who aren't tainted by years of frustration and buy in with an open mind. It would be refreshing to hear people give them the benefit of the doubt.

People should actually be excited about the first batch of Econiche coming through the plant, but most hope they finish it, package it and give it away so they can mothball the fc%^*g  thing before it eats too much more of the remaining cash.

Fire two employees and put a little thought into re engineering your public perception. Money well spent!
