Wouldn't it be better to buy BWN (currently 26 cents) with my (calculated to be) 16 cent MOO shares after the sale of the Hamburg lands and paying off the debentures than with my 2 cent MOO shares now under your scenario? You would lose the Hamburg play unless BWN buys the lands from MOO in which case you would get, as you suggest, a more diluted crack at the Hamburg play.
