Good point.  I have had a concern about delisting for some time.  I thought the year end would result in it.

It did not happen.  KPMG saw enough to let them hang on for a while - to my surprise, although the audit arguments were sound.

There is definitely an issue here.  Issue is when.  TIme is not our friend.
