RE: RE: Argumentum ad Hominem....
RE: RE: Argumentum ad Hominem.... Dickles you are bang on. Proverbs 26:4-5 reads: "Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him. Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit." I think it is saying that it is a lose-lose situation if not handled properly. A response attacking the character of another reflects more on us. If we respond, we should avoid attacking the character of the other and just simply address the message. Otherwise we are better off saying nothing, because at least that keeps our character in tact, even though our silence may lead to the character of the other person being soaked in "conceit"-- that remains their problem and not ours (unless we make it our problem by responding in kind). Being the father of six kids, I learned long ago that a parent can never win an argument against an irrational child--at least I never won any of them. It is all about having the maturity to act and not react. Not take the bait of a wooden nickel. Actually all of this does have something to do with penny stock. There are lots of wooden nickels out there and we must learn to do our due dilligence and only accept real nickels--even then, the market can devalue the buying power of the real nickel, but at least we have held on to a genuine coin. You can tell it is a slow, low volume day with Woulfe when this type of post happens. Still awaiting the removal of the "subject to dd" clause and the advancement of the further 30M by IMC to Woulfe some time this month--then we will all have something to talk about.
