not really anything new

just one thing: "Stans will be working with VNIIHT to complete a refurbishment of the plants at an estimated cost of USD $25,000,000"

I dont remember numbers for refubishment, but these figures seem really moderate compared to others in the business, so I guess the total CAPEX will probably be lower than expected
