Does seem troubling. Looks like they had multiple reasons for the miss in earnings -- higher operating costs, discounted oil pricing due to pipeline problems and bad hedge plays. On the positive, it looks like the drill bit will be quite active in the next six months. Looks like a good takeover candidate from a management team that sees good prospects and knows how to right this ship to profitablility.
