One of the biggest issues with PTQ has been the focus of the company - we are a gold mining company with gold in the ground in Panama - yet mgt has created all kinds of side shows to distract shareholders like PDI and the project in Spain.  

If our asset is so good in Panama - why hasn't management only focused on bringing value to shareholders by enhancing our existing asset - rather than getting us into the sand and gravel business or for that matter getting us involved in a low grade ore project in Spain?  

There are always reasons for creating side shows and distractions......
