$0.07 new all time low

$0.07 new all time low

And this was on 1.3mm shares, or 0.5% of the company.

What's worse is if this gets voted down, debenture holders will practically take over the whole company since the share price is so low (they get paid in shares at 95% of VWAP).  At this price debenture holders will own 90%.  The "dissident" group will have less than 2%.

At 0.07 per share, that 0.11 - 0.21 liquidation distribution is actually looking good.  Why would someone say no to that?
