These deals that management conncocted with AGA and GO, virtually guaranteeing them that everything would be fixed and making money or the price is reduced accordingly are totally F@*ked.
You can bet that AGA will not let their 19% of the shares be diluted when these sales are turned down. We have seen a number of scenarios where they can make an offer for all outstanding shares and it still won't cost them what MWS is actually worth!!
It then comes down to what will the other "major shareholders" accept?
