areyoukidding -- i totally hear your frustration and anger related to rda -- the whole operation was a joke...worse, it was an abuse of shareholders money. the mgmt and board were asleep at the wheel -- and i agree, in a just and fair world griffis and hand and others would be forced to repay people's lost dollars.

 

that said, rnx is a different story and a different reality. while griffis and hand are on the board -- this operation is being run by a mgmt team that knows what they are doing in terms of running a mining operation -- they also are using their funds prudently and not wasting the cash -- this is key (unlike rda that blew their wad in such a short period with nothing to show for it). rnx is tanking not because of griffis -- but because the price of nickel has collapsed with other commodities....this is one where patience will be needed because the real gains will either come when they find a partner to build out the mine or when the price of nickel will rebound -- may take years.

one thing i do think might be valuable is for rnx shareholders to let mgmt know and the board know that they want griffis kicked off the board of this company -- specifically because his baggage dilutes from the positive aspects of rnx, his involvement casts a dark shadow and makes people sceptical --- so in that regard i am making myself heard by contacting the board/mgmt and letting them know i want him off, i would encourage others to do the same.
