a rollback wont do anything with regards to raising money, only ppisssofff existing s/h ers. most r/b's come at 400mil or higher so we have a ways to go, sru is proof of that , 700 mil so far. this can still drop a mite but the bottom could be close so nows the time to accumulate if that is in the cards for y'all but keep some powder dry just in case.  the manipulation could be for accumulation or not and we will never know the who or why so its a judgement call, just like in 08 when it crashed and the feeling was terrible but the buying was gravy.
