Since 1999 LOL...I have purchases as high as $78 bucks! But the float was only 10million shares back then.Wilan from those days was a totally different company.

I think WIN is a solid investment, but you have to have ALOT of patience, and learn to take profits when deemed fit. I've learned you can always re-enter.
