No idea and it does not make much difference to me because in either case I would absolutely not consider selling.  Anyone selling at these prices is simply acting irrationally in my view.  The message of the market to me is that you cannot even think about selling your shares now.  So just consider that the stock market has closed down now as far as I am concerned.  Any rational analysis of this company leads you to a value well above what some crazy people are trading it for now.  Does it make any sense that not long ago this company was worth $2.40 and now its worth 70 cents?    No, and therefore you have to determine the company's value on your own.
