good thoughts 1320, the thing that is hard to justify regarding CS, is that over the last 6 months with the shareprice falling and sitting on a knife edge; is that he didn't feel it was worthwhile to provide any management updates except for those he was legally obligated to. When you look at the current situation a status update would probably have helped?
