Thanks Luxor.  I did call tbd and discovered that snd can not compel the second half of the arrangement should tbd be unwilling or unable to participate.  However I was told that there was good will on both sides.  Clearly the second portion is more expensive for tbd but they also clearly would like to go ahead with it if possible--just hope not at any cost.  They also reiterated that there are hundreds of other drilling locations beyond the 50 specified in the agreement that they hope to tie up; they say there is no competition for them under present circumstances.
