CGX Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. It is focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and the development of a deep-water port in Berbice, Guyana. The Company, through one of its subsidiaries, holds an interest in a Petroleum Prospecting Licence (PPL) and related Petroleum Agreement (PA) on the Corentyne block in the Guyana Basin, offshore Guyana. The Company, through its subsidiary Grand Canal Industrial Estates, is constructing the Berbice Deep Water Port. This facility, located on the eastern bank of the Berbice River, adjacent to and north of Crab Island in Region 6, Guyana, is being constructed on 30 acres with 400 m of river frontage. Its subsidiaries include CGX Resources Inc., GCIE Holdings Limited and CGX Energy Management Corp. It is the operator of the Corentyne block and holds a 27.48% working interest. Its Wei-1 exploration well is located west of the Kawa-1 discovery in the northern region of the Corentyne block.

Thank you for posting that M1. Powerful stuff. Hope they read it. I agree about YaM as well. I for one am getting to a point where I will only remain long if managment gains a knowledgable, experienced partner to continue this discovery.I also want a complete audit and disclosure of the financials so we know where OUR money went. If they do not, I will cross my fingers for Jaguar and exit the pary and that's if Jaguar provides an exit. If not, this will be an expensive memory. I can't see trusting them to go ED alone any longer even if they could figure out a way. They can't even control their webmaster.

I will be honest and say my DD was more about the oil that was there and not the company that was going to drill it. I did research and they seemed like qualified individuals well established, politicaly, in the region. I figured they could drill a hole and get  it and if they missed not act like a bunch of monkeys trying to "you know what" a football. Missed on that assumption.

We need a hero to save us.

CGX Managment. Be heroes not zeros.
