NO DILUTION - Bankruptcy is the best option! Does anyone know why we have to vote on a new dilution of shares?
I think we should all vote for NO dilution and force this into bankruptcy. Then we will see what other buyers are really out there, as the FIU board and managemnt will not be in control the process, but a Canadian accounting firm will. And they will run the process fairly and with transparency. Also, AGA then has no more power at all.
