With a book value of $8.71 from the reserves report I think that management would not even consider anything less than the $10-$12 range because they know the company will get there with internal growth in a very short period of time...unless someone steps up with a solid offer it is more likely that Westfire may start to pay a dividend that will get investor interest...get paid while you wait for the growth....maybe another company will also realize that it is better to pay $10 now rather than a much higher price a year from now..we will see how it all plays out..but at these prices today WFE is a value price for a growth stock..just my opinion...BB28
