They've already negotiated there own exit strategy and that will be cancelled by a bankruptcy. A receiver is never going to be as generous to them as they would be to themselves.
Another point that I can't let go of is the line in the production report that states Ezulwini will be profitable in May. Was this a mistake? I don't think so. I'm more inclined to think it might be management's safety net if all goes wrong on the sale. Suddenly the company is profitable and they don't need to sell and they had informed the shareholders like the were required. Regardless, it was a bizarre thing to slip into a very depressing report.
