Tough situation. I think the gas plant has become an albatross short term. The market liked Westfires straight oil plays. I'm still not convinced they can just take the company off the block unless they somehow realize more shareholder share wealth, Not book value. You do not go thru this exercise for nothing. Nobody opens thier data room and puts a black out in effect unless they are serious. Something will give. If they don't sell, large shareholders will want the stock to reflect the underlying asset value. This stock is tightly held, thats also a problem. What do you do? SELL! Not the first time a company was sold against managements will. It won't be around in its current form in the next 3-6 months
