RE: RE: GOOD NEWS - Buy on Monday if you can! What's your take on posting such news on the company website, where people naturally go first to look? Do you think they are just too lazy to spend the 60 seconds it would take to do that?
.
My take is Clive is a big boy who knows who butters his bread and it isn't a bunch of Bullboard posters, so he doesn't cater to their whims, whimpers or wishes.
.
Who knows why they did what they did - those that are grousing and commenting - One has to wonder, have they bothered to call the company and ask? <g> Hey at least of recent, BTO has been putting out news releases about their Q reports. I remember back just a couple of years ago there was NEVER any news about Q reports, they just showed up one day on SEDAR! So what we have now, in retrospect is an improvement.
.
A detail like whether the company releases results on day A or day B, or whether they post them on the website or not is trivial to the story here. Focus on what is important - this is still very much a growth story, and as rare as it is a self-funding growth story.
.
So I am keeping my eyes on the prize:
- The progress of ramping up production at the la Libertad Mine which has potential to become a 200,000 opy producer (world class)
- The progress of identifying life extending resources at el Limon and (finally) consistent production numbers
- The progress of the Namibia project to production, which adds 100,000 opy
- The progress of Gramalote down the clearly defined path to production which can add 150,000+ opy to BTO
- The progress of exploration on the other Nicaraguan projects where BTO is poised to continue to be the leading producer in the country, like Yamana did in Brasil.
- The exploration progress of Tom G with his greenfields project in Uruguay - the results from that project, if it were in any Junior Explorer, would have investors clamoring.
