no, read that they need to raise capital to expand the operation and no they shouldn't have trouble raising cash, the rex mine is appraised at NPV of 71 million. I'm not sure what ROSA  NPV is worth, but I'm guessing 40 and up.  NDXshould have considerable leverage.
