The Company has ownership interests in 12 megawatts (MW) of operating hydro projects in British Columbia and owns a Vancouver Island grid connection and utility carrying on business as Kyuquot Power Ltd. The Company also has 9.4 MW of construction ready run-of-river projects, applications, and land tenures on another 24 potential hydroelectric sites totaling over 150 MW of capacity, and approximately 16 wind development sites that could provide up to 4,700 MW of clean power in British Columbia. The electrical energy business of the Company is conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary, Synex Energy Resources Ltd. Its power plants include Mears Creek Hydro Plant, Cypress Creek Hydro Plant, China Creek Hydro Plant, McKelvie Creek Hydro Project, Newcastle Creek Hydro Project, Victoria Lake Hydro Project, and others.

The introduced a 1 cent per annum dividend, a sign that their prospects are good.  You should read their corporate presentation on their home page if you haven't already.  

Looking good for growth in the medium term.
