Market is soft... This alternative would generate production of 470,000 clean coal tons in 2012...  and what is the cost of capex and opex on this play...   can someone point to the paper numbers for closer scrutiny.

Maybe the land package was preemptive... not for frial emotions.. but again it is coal, no?
